Miteta provides digital services including web and mobile application development, consulting, and ongoing support. Due to the nature of our services, this policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply.

1. Service-Based Nature

All services provided by Miteta are customized and delivered digitally. Once work has commenced on a project, refunds are generally not available.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated
  • Miteta is unable to begin the project due to internal limitations

Any approved refund will be processed after reviewing the scope of work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or partially completed projects
  • Delays caused by client-side issues such as lack of communication or required materials
  • Change of mind after project commencement

4. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Fees paid for support, maintenance, or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has started.
